The commuter city of Valdeluz is a combination of unfinished concrete structures caused by the financial crisis.
We fight against the non-specific nature of these types of cities by applying a specific occupation action in these structures.
This spatial occupation is carried out through a residential housing research. A research that takes into account new family and lifestyle models.
Research on housing includes single-parent or divorced family models as well as small offices or studios.
