The State's Fleet of Vehicles in Madrid is a complex previously focused on the management and parking of the State's automobile fleet. It has 70,000m2 divided in a metallic structure warehouse and a concrete warehouse.
A Paper Cultural Center is proposed in the complex. Sponsored by La Central bookstore, it has research, recycling and sales areas.
The project opens the 26000 m2 plot area to all citizens, creating new public spaces in a crowded area.
