[FolieForêt] is a prototype that rediscovers the connection between the urban context and the natural heritage. The artificial approach to the landscape allows us to simulate a forest within the city.

The interior changes the physical condition of a single tree multiplying it thanks to mirrored walls. With only a single tree and its reflections a new forest is created. The exterior is based on the typical colombage timber structures of the area.

[FolieForêt] is an opportunity to explore contemporary sensory-based environments at Rouen’s La Forêt Monumentale.
