The Special Plan for a Cross-Border Strip in the Bay of Pasajes is a speculative project about the boundary relations between the urban fabric and the port sector.
The Cross-Border Strip locates those situations of architectural, social and administrative tension in the physical and political space of the La Herrera industrial park and assumes for itself that everything is a port and that everything is a city at the same time.
The project is framed within a laboratory in which four architectural issues are addressed: cross-border, invasion, fiction and technical.
